Shane did our new deck. 12 x 24 with Trex railings... it's gorgeous and was very well built. The best part of my experience was when we found unexpected repairs that needed to be done after they took our old one off. Alot of companies would take advantage of you in a situation like this but the price was right on . They knocked out the needed repairs and the deck was completed. They did all this in 3 days which to me was super impressive. I'm not an easy guy to impress either I also run a small business that has over 200 5 star reviews. With all that being said Shane will be returning this year to install new flooring and a sliding glass door that will go out to our new Deck. We could not be happier with the work done on our metal gazebo installation. This was not a simple job, and he approached it with exceptional skill and attention to detail. He went under our deck to add proper structural supports and securely bolted the gazebo to them - far beyond what most would consider "good enough". Every single screw was carefully sealed to prevent leaks, and the very next day we had heavy rain with zero leaks. That alone speaks volumes about the quality of his workmanship.
